DC Community - Based Service Providers

DBH certifies a provider to deliver services that support individual recovery with qualified, culturally competent staff in a safe facility. Services include diagnostic assessment, medication, counseling and community support. A provider must comply with local and federal rules and regulations. 

Providers are located across the District. You can choose the one that best serves your needs. The list below contains core service agencies only, but there are other providers certified to deliver specialty services. You can call or visit a provider to help you make a choice.
