It helps you identify the tools, habits, and support systems that work best for you, so you can respond to challenges, stay grounded, and move forward with greater confidence. This plan is self-directed and flexible, which means you can complete it in a way that feels comfortable and useful to you—one step at a time, and at your own pace.
